D4krEnergY would argue, that we are on EW 4, at this very moment. If we were in the process of doing an ABC-correction at this moment, we would not have had a decent retracement on Wave 2 and 4. Both of them are about 38,2 %.
If D4s assumptions are correct, this would be the best retracement-zone according to Elliot Wave-Theory.
