I would stick with your first chart and add that the altcoins lagging in recent jump indicates bulls exhaustion. Another major resistance is near $7500-7600 area where the major trendline which acted as a support should now be a major resistance which we won't pierce in the first go. $4500 still in play (well before $9000 certainly).
