Finex longs at ATH and shorts almost at this support zone . If manipulated bitcoin price, I'd made more traps as possible. Just compare longs and shorts price to BTC price over the past year.
Those 2 shoulders look familiar. Perhaps, somebody who has a lot of bitcoins manipulates it's price with bots using the same algorithm.

@TonyCryptano, Working on it, but the links are just everywhere and it's really just a case in 99% of cases that when you follow the trail they all lead right to the top, the same guys - CIA/CFR. Seriously, check it out. Peter Thiel etc. And who do THEY work for? It's really a very big point in history right now.
