This is my superstition approach -- see the two blue arrows where there are two trends. Both of those blue arrows just happen to have an intersection point at 2016/11/16 and $9.25. On the date of 2016/11/11, The price starts to go upward tills today.
As for the "why" the two waves has anything to do with what will goes next afterward -- I have no clue. I have no terminology in physics that may just describe this behavior -- maybe it's a pressure wave that expected to push upward? It's all really due to superstition -- all guess-based.
