AGNC is one of my favorite REITs. New PT set by JPM. With a 9.41% Dividend yield, and an average price of $14.41- this makes this a very attractive stock for me for a long time to come...
I hold a large position in this stock, and recently became concerned as AGNC rose from the ashes of 2008. Shorts may try to push this down when the housing market starts getting hurt. The big difference is the financials behind each rise, but perception may be more important than fact as AGNC a difficult stock to understand.
